It’s the day after Halloween in Pasadena and sadly time to pack up all the ghostly critters and creatures from our porches and yards. 

Most of our decorations get packed away in the attic or storage space till next year but what do you do with your carved Jack ‘o lanterns and decorative fall pumpkins?

It’s the end of October and we’re all posting pictures of our weather apps reading 100 degrees outside on Facebook and Instagram. The air conditioners are all back on and it’s just horrible trying to walk our pups outside during this heat wave. One of the things I love to do to help keep my dogs stimulated and busy on uncomfortably days - or any summer day to be honest, is to make them an iced fruit kong pupsicle.

Halloween is one of the most exciting times of the year for us. What could be better or more exciting than dressing up in costume and eating enormous mounds of candy. For the entire month of October we decorate our yards and homes with the most macabre and frightful scenes we can think of in an effort to out-do our neighbors and friends.
