What is an initial meet and greet consultation?
How do we enter and exit your home?
My Dog Spot requires two sets of your house keys which we will collect from you at your initial meet and greet appointment. The first copy will be kept in a lock box that will be situated on your property, the second copy will be stored at our main office for emergency purposes only.
What if your payment policy?
In order to schedule your ﬁrst service, you will need to enter your credit card information in your client portal. Your credit card will be charged prior to the commencement of services.
How do I schedule services?
Scheduling services is an easy online process whether you are a new or existing client. Simply log on to our Time To Pet system and add, cancel or make changes to your schedule.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We require 24 hours notice if canceling scheduled services.
The full service charge will be applied in the case of a late cancellation.
What if I have a last minute booking?
Services requested less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $5 late booking fee.
When can I expect you to come in and walk my dog?
Appointments can be scheduled in one of the following time frames. 8.00am-10.00am, 10.00am-12.00pm, 12.00pm-2.00pm, 2.00pm-4.00pm, 4.00pm-6.00pm
What are your office hours?
My Dog Spot oﬃce hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm.
All communication received after 5.00pm will be addressed at 8.00am the next day.
